What To Expect

What to wear

Wear what you feel comfortable wearing. You will find people wearing suits, khakis, blue jeans and shorts. We encourage you to come just as you are.

The Welcome Center

Just inside our Main doors you’ll find a Welcome Center where you’ll be greeted with a warm smile from one of our greeters. They are there to assist you in any way they can.

Checking in Your Children

Preschool and nursery-age children can be checked into our secure preschool area located directly across the hall from our worship facility. Children grades 1-6 can be checked into our children’s area located down the hall from the worship facility on the second floor.

Connection Groups

A variety of Sunday morning Bible Study classes (Connection Groups) is offered to adults of all ages. Connection Groups are the best place to feel connected and a part of our church body. The attendants located at each Welcome Center can inform you of the varied options that exist for Adult Connection Groups. These groups meet from 9:45-10:45.

A Fresh Cup of Coffee

Throughout our facility you will find a fresh, invigorating cup of coffee usually accompanied by a warm handshake and great conversation.

Our Services

Celebration Service begins at 8:30 a.m. First Journey begins at 11:00 a.m.

We offer two distinct worship services; they are different in their style but both are intended to lead those participants in a worship experience that is both meaningful and Christ-focused.

What’s the difference between the services?

Our Celebration Service is a worship opportunity that uses more of the great, traditional hymns of the faith as expressions of worship. The congregation is led in worship by a wonderful choir singing anthems that inspire and challenge us as we express our love to God.

Our First Journey Service is a more casual setting. The music, led by our First Journey Praise Team and Band is a fresh, contemporary style of music that allows our people to express their worship to God in a culturally relevant manner.

What else is there on Sunday Morning?

We have Connection Groups (Adult Bible Study Classes) that meet from 9:45-10:45 in between the two worship services. Our Junior High and Senior High students have Bible Study in the Upper Room while the children have Bible Study in the Children’s Division. The Preschoolers can be checked in across from the Worship Center where they will receive a fun and dynamic lesson from one of our excellent teachers.

During First Journey worship the children (K-6) can attend TREK252 for their own unique worship experience. Preschoolers will enjoy a time of Bible Study, crafts and music during this time.
